Dr. Aakansha Vashistha plastic surgeon, skin experts, and therapists at our clinic are all highly qualified and approved to adhere to the clinic’s treatment guidelines. If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact us immediately at +91 8561840164. In order to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Dr. Aakansha Vashistha, reserves the right to void any discounted offers, as well as retain your deposit or advance payment, should you fail to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your originally scheduled appointment. In order to allow sufficient time for the completion of necessary documentation, we kindly request that you arrive for your appointment at least ten minutes prior to the scheduled time. While we strive to adhere to our appointment schedule, unforeseen circumstances may arise that could potentially lead to a postponement or cancellation. Rest assured, we will make every effort to notify you in advance should such a situation occur. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Course and Treatment Plans Policy

When a Course or Treatment Plan is booked, it is with the understanding that the client will commit to completing the full duration of the plan. Dr Aakansha Vashistha, cannot be held responsible for any changes in the client's decision and therefore, refunds will not be offered for these plans. Exceptions may be made in cases where the client is deemed unsuitable for health reasons.

Assessment of Treatment Suitability

Prior to initiating any treatment, we will conduct a thorough evaluation to determine its appropriateness and potential effectiveness for you. Should the treatment not be suitable or likely to yield desired results, we will provide a clear explanation of the circumstances. In cases where applicable, your sole financial obligation will be limited to the initial consultation fee.

Dr Aakansha Vashistha, shall not be held liable for any economic loss (including, but not limited to, loss of profit) or any other special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, the provision of services to patients, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. Prior to commencing any therapy, it is the responsibility of the patient to ensure that Dr Aakansha Vashistha, is provided with all relevant medical information. We cannot be held accountable for any harm resulting from the client withholding such information.

By agreeing to these terms, the patient consents to adhere to any directions and/or suggestions regarding the maintenance of a treated area provided by Dr Aakansha Vashistha, or on her behalf. These terms do not limit or exclude Dr Aakansha Vashistha liability for any bodily injury caused by the patient's negligence.

Your Right to Voice Concerns

At Dr Aakansha Vashistha, we strive to provide all our patients with appropriate, compassionate, and fair treatment. However, if you have any issues regarding your treatment, you have the right to lodge a complaint verbally, by telephone, or in writing. If you need assistance in filing a complaint, our team at Dr Aakansha Vashistha will be more than happy to assist you.

As part of our investigation process, we may ask you to attend an additional consultation with the practitioner involved in your treatment, if necessary. If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution or have any concerns about meeting with the practitioner, our clinic’s Directors will review your case.

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
